Job Summary / 职位概述
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Project Accountant to join our dynamic team on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project accounting, ensuring accurate cost tracking, financial reporting, and tax compliance for our major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Cost Accounting & Management 成本核算与管理:
(1) Perform daily accounting operations, including cost accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations related to the project.
负责日常会计操作，包括与项目相关的成本预提、日记账分录和账户对账。
(2) Track, analyze, and report project costs (direct materials, labor, subcontractor, equipment) against budgets.
跟踪、分析并报告项目成本（直接材料、人工、分包商、设备）与预算的对比情况。
(3) Ensure all costs are accurately coded and allocated to the correct project cost centers.
确保所有成本被准确地编码和归集到正确的项目成本中心。
(4) Review and process subcontractor invoices and progress payment applications.
审核并处理分包商发票和进度款申请。


2. General Ledger & Financial Reporting 总账与财务报告:
(1) Maintain the general ledger for the project entity and company.
维护项目实体的总账和公司的总账。
(2) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and the company's accounting system.
根据美国公认会计原则及公司会计核算制度编制月度、季度和年度财务报表。
(3) Assist in the preparation of project-specific financial reports and variance analysis for management.
协助编制面向管理层的项目财务报告和差异分析。
3. Revenue Recognition & Billing 收入确认与收款:
(1) Apply the percentage-of-completion method (POC) for revenue recognition.
应用完工百分比法进行收入确认。
(2) Prepare and submit progress billing to the client and follow up on accounts receivable.
编制并向客户提交进度款发票，跟进应收账款收款。
4. Tax Compliance 税务合规:
Work with corporate tax department to ensure compliance with state and local tax requirements (e.g., sales & use tax, payroll taxes，state income tax).
与公司税务部门合作，确保遵守州和地方税务要求（如销售与使用税、薪资税、州所得税）。
Qualifications / 任职要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
会计、金融或相关专业大学本科及以上学历。
2. Minimum 2+ years of project accounting experience. Experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly preferred.
至少2年以上项目核算经验，有工程建筑行业会计经验者优先。
3. Proven ability to independently manage cost, general ledger, reporting, and tax-related tasks.
具备独立完成成本、总账、报表和税务相关工作的能力。
4. Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
必须熟练掌握中文（普通话）和英语，具备较强的口头和书面沟通能力。
5. Proficiency in Quick Book etc. accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
熟练使用Quick Book等会计软件和微软Office套件，特别是Excel。
6. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP; knowledge of percentage-of-completion method is a plus.
深入了解美国公认会计原则，熟悉完工百分比法者优先。
7. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
必须能在美国合法工作。
