Our core business includes international order management and logistics delivery of materials, equipment, components, and EPC engineering materials. In addition, we are focused on warehousing, transportation, and complete logistics solutions integration which helps us exercise control over the supply chain management and cost reduction throughout all levels of each project. We operate around 500,000 square meters of warehousing facilities located in China, the United States,Europe,Brazil,Australia,and SEA.

Incorporated in 2021, BCLOG was founded with the vision to better service the renewable energy manufacturers and the users, and improve the collaboration between shippers and logistics services providers through a user-friendly transportation management software solution.

Our core team is made up of professionals from leading photovoltaic companies and international logistics firms. With our extensive experience and deep understanding of the industry, we are able to better understand the needs of both shippers and users, optimize logistics solutions, and control potential risks.

1. American COO,
Base: Dallas, Texas, USA

Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Goal Management
- Based on the strategic direction of the headquarters ,lead the formulation of the medium and long-term development plan and annual/quarterly/monthly business goals for the US company;
- Coordinate the implementation of plans to ensure 100% achievement of performance targets and regularly review and optimize strategies.

2. Efficient Team Building
- Based on business growth needs, build and cultivate sales and operation teams, and enhance organizational collaboration efficiency.
- Focus on improving the team's order acceptance capacity, multimodal transportation delivery timeliness, and abnormal handling capabilities.

3. Construction of a Nationwide Warehouse and Transport Capacity Network in the US
- Develop core logistics hub resources (LA/LB in the western United States, NY/Newark in the eastern United States, Huston in the Gulf of Mexico, Savannah, Charleston Norfolk, etc.)
- Integrate supporting resources such as warehousing, fleet, customs clearance, etc., and build a delivery network covering the following capabilities
a) Multimodal transportation including road, rail, and air;
b) Container, oversized cargo, dangerous goods (lithium batteries and energy storage cabinets), and less-than-truckload transportation;
c) Digital Customs Clearance and emergency response systems.

4. Customer Experience Enhancement
- Optimize the cost and delivery solutions for the entire supply chain in the US, including warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance, based on the characteristics of the new energy industry supply chain;
- Develop customized logistics plans for customers, ensure transport capacity, cost optimization, and emergency response within 2 hours, and increase customer satisfaction by over 98%.

5. Establishment of a Digital Management System
- Improve standardized processes for procurement, sales, finance, and risk control, and promote digitalization across the entire logistics process;
- Establish a compliance risk assessment mechanism with a 100% resolution rate for abnormal events.

Qualifications:
1. Experience Requirements
- Over 5 years of operational management experience in large-scale logistics enterprises in the United States, with leadership in cross-border multimodal transport projects.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. logistics regulations and industry characteristics (such as hazardous materials qualifications, FMC registration, ELD compliance, etc.).

2. Professional Competencies
- Proficient in the distribution and cost structure of comprehensive road, rail, and air transport resources.
- Practical experience in warehouse location modeling, fleet scheduling algorithm optimization, etc.

3.Tool Skills
- Proficient in using Power BI/Tableau for logistics data visualization analysis.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel data modeling, PPT reporting, etc.).

2. Logistic Engineer, focusing on Warehousing (including Imports & Exports logistics)
Base: Wilmer, Dallas, TX, USA

Job Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations
- Manage daily inbound, outbound, and inventory operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, safety, and compliance at every stage.
- Address and resolve discrepancies in materials, information, or documentation during storage/transfer to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory audits to verify accuracy of stock records and transactions.
- Coordinate with clients to align warehouse activities (receiving/shipping) with their delivery schedules.

2. Import/Export Operations
- Liaise with China-based teams to clarify documentation requirements and track inbound material shipments.
- Manage U.S. import customs clearance processes and monitor release status.
- Coordinate with carriers for timely pickup and delivery of containerized/airfreight cargo to warehouses or client destinations.
- Resolve cross-border logistics exceptions to meet client delivery requirements and improve satisfaction.

3. Data & Records Management
-Maintain inbound/outbound inventory records via Excel or WMS (Warehouse Management System).
-Oversee import/export documentation logs and ensure compliance.

4. Documentation & Compliance
- Facilitate communication between global clients (China, Southeast Asia, U.S.), local carriers, and customs brokers to optimize logistics workflows.
- Manage and archive operational documentation (e.g., shipping records, customs filings).
- Stay updated on U.S. logistics regulations to design compliant, cost-effective delivery solutions aligned with client priorities (efficiency, safety, budget).

Qualifications:
1. Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English (must be able to use as a primary working language).
- Proficiency in Mandarin as a secondary language is preferred.

2. Education & Background
Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.

3. Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience in data analysis tools like Power BI.


3. Logistics Engineer focusing on Transportation Solutions & Sales
Base: Wilmer, Dallas, TX, USA

Job Responsibilities
1. Resource development
- Warehouse Resource Development, Focus on developing warehousing resources around major U.S. ports and airports to ensure smooth flow of imported materials. This includes warehouses near key ports and airports along the West Coast, East Coast, and Gulf of Mexico regions, as well as bonded warehouse resources.
- Transportation Fleet Resource Development, Responsible for tapping into full truckload, less-than-truckload, and fleet platform resources within the U.S. to guarantee timely and reliable logistics transportation.
- Customs Brokerage Resource Development, Establish customs brokerage resources at major ports to streamline customs clearance processes and enhance efficiency.
- Air Freight Resource Development, Develop air freight solutions from major U.S. international ports to factories to meet urgent delivery demands.
- Railway Resource Development, Tailor-make logistics railway resources for new energy factories, covering major railway lines across multiple states.
- Ocean & Inland Barge Resource Development, Optimize ocean freight and inland barge resources to align with clients' logistics cost structures and delivery requirements.

2. Customer Development
- Visiting clients, negotiating business cooperation contracts, and establishing long-term partnerships.
- Participating in industry exhibitions to identify potential clients and expand market share.
- Maintaining client relationships, promptly addressing client complaints, and improving client satisfaction.

3. Logistics Solutions
- Holding internal team collaboration meetings to devise customized logistics plans tailored to clients' logistics project objectives.
- Offering optimal logistics solutions during the customer development process, covering aspects such as cost, delivery time, service quality, and transportation capacity guarantees, based on clients' project delivery requirements.

4. Delivery Assurance & Risk Control
- Formulating and executing client project delivery plans, maintaining communication with internal teams to ensure optimal delivery targets.
- Controlling additional costs during the logistics process to improve logistics efficiency.
- Following up on clients' accounts receivable, strengthening risk control, and ensuring the company's financial health.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in logistics sales and operations within the US.
2. Candidates with a background in International Trade or International Logistics, and experience in sales management positions at one of the top 10 logistics companies in the US, will be given preference.
3. Proficient in Office software skills.


4. Forklift Driver
Base: Wilmer, Dallas, TX, USA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise container loading and unloading activities, prioritizing the safety of both personnel and cargo throughout the entire process.
2. Efficiently manage the storage of materials within designated warehouse zones and positions, promptly addressing and reporting any anomalies before, during, and after operations to ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines.
3. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the warehouse, in line with 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodology.
4. Ensure the regular maintenance and upkeep of essential equipment, including forklifts and dock facilities


Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English.
2. Possess a forklift license.
3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
