Job Responsibility: Evaluate and onboard DSPs, building strong, long-term partnerships.Negotiate contracts and service prices with DSPs.Assist with daily DSP operations and provide operational support.Monitor package deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking and on-time delivery.Resolve delivery-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.Analyze performance metrics and identify process improvements.Ensure DSP compliance with policies, contracts, and industry standards.Collaborate with internal teams to align on delivery strategies.
Job Requirment: Mandarin required.Experience in logistics operations or vendor management (DSPs preferred) preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of logistics systems and industry regulations is a plus.Education: Preferred background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or related fields.
