工作职责
1、访问电子烟店以及后续的商超/便利店，收集市场信息，包括门店基础信息，销售信息，竞品信息，消费趋势，门店反馈及诉求等。
2、负责有计划地完成所在区域的店铺访问数量和任务，建立店铺关系，获取市场和店铺PSI数据，同时对店铺进行分级管理和支持，协助和提升销售；
3、负责向店铺推介全产品，了解覆盖和渗透情况，协助制定方案提升市场占有率；
4、负责通知和组织店铺参与营销活动，促销和比赛，以及开展店铺激励活动 。
5、负责推广零售APP应用程序，鼓励所有店铺下载和使用它，链接店铺和消费者。


Responsibilities:


Conduct routine market analysis through store visits, collecting data on sales, competitors, and trends.
Organize and execute planned store visits, fostering relationships, collecting data, and providing sales support.
Ensure strong brand representation, optimize product placement, and secure additional shelf space for increased visibility and sales support.
Stay informed about industry trends and provide regular updates to the management team.
Collaborate with the marketing department to execute in-store promotional activities effectively.
Conduct training sessions for store staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.


要求
1、有电子产品地推经验，最好电子烟，具备2年经验，热爱地推工作；
2、具备优秀的沟通协调及团队合作能力；
3、需要经常出差，跑各种店铺，工作积极，吃苦耐劳；
4、敢于接受挑战，抗压能力强。

Proven track record in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and sales metrics.
Experience in coordinating with marketing teams and executing in-store promotions.
Strong presentation and training skills.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving market conditions and extensive travel within the assigned region.
