Cainiao DFW Sorting Center Operation Team Leader


Job Description
1. Control the Cargo handover process from flight landing till lastmile partner sorting center in LAX gateway;
2. In house operation management in Sorting Center to break down PMC, IB scanning, and stack cartons on the pallets by different destination；
3. Line-haul transportation management from cainiao sorting center to partner sorting center;
4. Responsible for lead time, service quality, average cost and other indicators;
5. Find out the root cause and solve the problems through on-site treatment or data tools, and continuously find solution to reduce costs and optimize the transit time in the whole process.

Job Requirements:
1. At least 2 years solid management experience in at least one fields of the following list: PMC breakdown, X-dock warehouse, Fulfillment Center, line-haul management or any other related fields, no matter self-owned mode or 3PL mode;
2. Enthusiasm, optimism, and strong teamwork skills are required;
3. Ability to execute the action quickly;
4. Working experience in the companies will be better preferred, such as Yun Express, DHL, FedEx, UPS, AMAZON, any other strong logistics companies.


Compensation:
Hourly rate of $20, life & disability insurance, PTO, 401k, FSA.
