庭審詳情明確受害人有反抗不同意但是因為沒有能力反抗兩個男人才被脅迫，兩個男人都不知道有事而且配合默契說明了什麼，說明他們在中國大陸都這麼幹因為沒有法律保障受害人，這不是技術性的有勾引的潛規則，這是純強迫性的潛規則才會導致不良後果，問題都在於大陸演藝圈太爛了，這些人連玩女人的技術性全都不需要了，高雲翔如果勾引這個女人八成最後只是吳亦凡式的約炮粉絲，能不能3P那需要進入到第二階段關係才可以，tmd這兩個男人上來直接硬干。

I've watched a couple of videos from this attorney and find him quite bias. He is obviously on the girl's side. I am not on either side and I am girl myself. Anyway, a few things I find it suspicious: 1) this attorney claimed that the girl kissed the director guy because she was being polite. I have never heard of a married woman kissing a guy for being polite especially in the Chinese culture. This girl had many long passionate kisses with that director guy throughout the whole night in different locations. This shows to me that was not against her will. This attorney just briefly moved on after saying her being polite for kissing the guy. It sounded very fishy to me. We are not dumb to the point to believe a married woman kissed and hugged a guy the whole night is innocent. This is called cheating on her husband. If she does it out of manner, then she must have cheated on her husband many times before. 2) This attorney said the reason the girl changed her testimony 4 times because she finally decided to proceed with the lawsuit. This is a very lame and pathetic reason. So he's saying she lied 4 times because she did not want to sue the actor and that director guy in the first place. But why did she go to the police and also hire an attorney?? She doesn't need to give out false testimony even if she wasn't sure if she wants to sue the guys. 3) This attorney claimed that the girl doesn't get anything out of this lawsuit so there is no reason for her to lie about the case. Yet, the attorney brought up in one of his video that victim does get some sort of money if they win the case.

whatever the attorney said is conflicting and very bias. He can't even speak Chinese properly. The few English words from him in the video did not sound fluent to me either. The quality of attorneys in Australia is shocking. I personally would not trust him to hire him as my attorney. Anyways, this girl is obviously not innocent. She is going after the actor and director for something. There is definitely a motive behind. There is always two sides to it but this attorney only address the girl's side.

This attorney is obviously on the girl's side. He seems to think the girl is telling the truth even though she changes her testimony 4 times. I personally would not believe her. It does not make sense for a victim to keep changing her testimony (4 times is way too much) if she's in fact telling the truth. She is obviously making up stories. And it is quite pathetic that the judge let her change her testimony 4 times without questioning her motive. It doesn't make sense that the judge accepts her changes 4 times. What kind of judges they have in Australia? Are they all on the girl's side?
